As we grow, it is our intention to connect Veterans, transitioning service members, and spouses with employers across the United States — building strong partnerships with civilian businesses and government organizations nationwide.

Across our key regions, employers are actively hiring Veterans in operations, logistics, skilled trades, IT/cybersecurity, project management, and leadership roles. Veterans with security clearances, technical certifications, or military leadership experience often receive premium pay and advancement opportunities in these sectors. We also aim to expand into other areas and industries, leaving no stone unturned to maximize our chances of helping Veterans find meaningful employment. If you have a desired industry or area, let us know — we will actively pursue it and advocate on your behalf to connect you with the right opportunities.

It’s simple. Upload your resume, select your preferred region or base (for example, Colorado Springs), and our team will translate your MOS/AFSC/Rating into clear, civilian language. We then alert vetted employers in your area and brief you on commute, pay range, culture, and schedule before any interview.

Absolutely. Many employers now offer remote and hybrid work models, particularly within the civilian sector. However, most government and cleared positions still require some level of on-site or in-office presence due to security requirements. We tailor your search around your preferred work style, skills, and time zone, confirming any on-site expectations in advance. While we can’t guarantee remote placement, we will always do our best to secure employment that aligns with your needs and preferences.

We recommend starting 3–6 months before separation. Our team will align your transition timeline around terminal leave, SkillBridge participation, and your ideal start date. This ensures you’re interview-ready and well-positioned for immediate post-service employment.

Our goal is to help you sequence your education and job search to reduce downtime and maximize your earning potential.

All career coaching, resume translation, and employer introductions are provided 100% free of charge to Veterans, transitioning service members, military spouses and businesses. Employers can submit openings directly through our Employer Partnership Portal. We’ll source local, qualified Veteran candidates, refine job descriptions, ensure pay alignment, and streamline the hiring process — helping you build a stronger, mission-driven workforce while giving back to those who served. Our service is provided free of charge and designed to minimize your workload: we offer a “try before you buy” approach, integrating effortlessly into your existing workflow and hiring processes. Additionally, we verify security clearances for candidates, and in some instances, can assist with sponsorship to meet your clearance requirements.
